Vic DeJesus, founder of BAD Coaching, is a Certified Performance Coach with a background in neuroscience. As part of the Flow Research Collective, he actively works and trains in the area of high performance neuroscience as well as coaches elite athletes and high performing individuals.

As both an athlete and a scientist, Vic has used his knowledge and experience in sports, neuroscience, biology, nutrition and fitness to create a transformational coaching program that makes significant impacts in the lives of those he coaches. With a passion for self-discipline, excellence and constant improvement, Vic leads by example as he dares his clients to forge the bold character to leap without looking towards their goals.
