Peak physical and mental health of the individual is the edge that allows us to access our talent and skill with consistency.
Mental toughness is built through stress and recovery cycles that expand our ability to keep our full talent within reach regardless of circumstances.
At HPT, we support student athletes by developing the total mental and physical health that supports the ability to dominate under pressure in sport and life.
Psychology Limiting beliefs and unhelpful stories are identified and reframed. You’ll develop practical psychological skills — pre-performance rituals, anxiety control, focus techniques, and reset strategies. This strengthens your confidence in your own capabilities, improves emotional stability, and turns pressure into fuel.
Language Negative and judgmental self-talk is replaced with concrete, neutral, and constructive words. Cleaner language reduces muscle tension and emotional drain that hinder your skills.
Sleep Sleep is critical high performance state. We identify and remove hidden disruptors to improve quality and duration. Consistent deep sleep is nature’s most powerful recovery tool.
Movement Intentional training builds strong, resilient bodies and minds. Athletic strength, posture, and breathing mechanics help you make fast, confident decisions under pressure.
Nutrition We focus on nutrient-dense whole foods rich in healthy fats, protein, and essential micronutrients. Proper fueling stabilizes mood, sustains steady energy, lowers anxiety, and builds lasting physical and mental resilience.
Simplification Noise, clutter, unnecessary commitments, and distractions are minimized. This frees up energy and attention for full access to your talent and skill.
To forge the bold character that empowers you to live and perform fearlessly, unapologetically, and at your absolute edge.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
It is our privilege to help our clients cultivate their unique and powerful gifts. To reach the edge of performance, …and go beyond it. The result, the ultimate byproduct,
— will be a better world for us all.
Vitality—total mental, physical and emotional health— is the foundation of the ideal performance state.
We blend psychological skills, human performance strategies, and energy management principles to build the vitality and tenacity need to keep your talent within reach during competition.
Physical Vitality: Wake up refreshed and energized, move with strength and confidence, recover quickly from training or competition, and sustain high output without crashing.
Emotional Vitality: Experience positive, steady emotions — staying composed under pressure, bouncing back from setbacks with optimism, and feel connected and motivated in life.
Mental Vitality: A sharp, focused, and agile mind — maintain task focus, make clear decisions, and handle distractions or stress with composure.
Purpose-Driven Vitality : Alignment with core values and goals, training and competing with a sense of meaning that fuels persistence and fulfillment.
HPT will help you optimize your mental and physical capability across key areas to maximize the well-being of the total athlete.
These areas are often the overlooked gaps that impact performance. We’ll get your nervous system and biology working for you instead of against you.
